Hello,
When I had sleep issues, my friend suggested to eat healthy, and workout in the AM. She also suggested I walk or stretch in the PM. I also go to bed with my favorite blanket or pillow that comforts me.
All of the above have helped me. Try out different things to see what works.
Hopefully you and your friends are eating well. A good nights rest is essential. Please take care and stay safe!
