A new season

β€œFind tongues in trees, books in the running brooks, sermons in stones, and good in everything.”

― William Shakespeare, As You Like It

With my cup to the brim, I roam
With cautious steps, I walk
Balancing the cup on my head
So as not to spill from my cup so full
Occasionally I let it drip on this medium
My brain stem is soaked in that cup
And I am not sure if it will root
Oh! The dendrites are working fine
With their spines forming an eternal spring
For when winter shakes the door
I am here with ever new
Spines on the dendrites

Thank you for reading!
