Dear Arbab - Everyone becomes depressed to varying degrees. Meditation, exercise, writing, arts, etc., are a few ways one can divert from being depressed all the time. It is upto the individual and their physician if they want to go the prescription route. I would try alternatives before taking prescription for depression.
