Carrot vs. Stick
Let them grow and see their light
A kid's mistake should be met with love,
Do not use the stick on the rear until red
It will cause much pain and leave scars
Do not punish or shame them ever
Never place the kid on the chopping block
For standing on their feet to walk on the right
Don't deny the comforts of the little ones' life
They deserve much love and joy
Treat your child well from early on
As it determines their fate later on
Please don't blame them ever
Never ignore their eager questions
Accept them with open arms
Every kid is smart and silly
You never know their fate later on
The tiny feet fill big shoes someday
Let the children play and learn
Don't ever ignore their needs
Let them live freely and not in fear
Don't ever teach them ignorance and hate
Spare the stick and give a small carrot
That should lead the children right
Let them grow and see their light
Will turn them into confident adults
