A Tail of Springtime
Finally, spring decided to come and stay. Not just disappear like a flash as it occurred some years ago, presenting us with ninety-degree muggy days in spring.
The seasons play tricks on us a few times. As winter does not want to leave, it returns and turns everything into white in the spring season. So naturally, this confuses everybody, and I cannot decide how to dress my tail.
My dear friend Misty missed me much while I was away helping Santa (read or hear about it here), and I missed her and all my buddies.
Misty changed completely. She is no longer the feisty, perky puppy I used to know. She transformed into a mature lady now at only twelve years. I am sixteen years, energetic, and the fastest around here.
I was looking forward to playing with Misty now that the weather is beautiful outside. But, alas, she tries to run with me now and is out of breath in no time. She rests all the time and prefers to watch me play.
Recently my mom sat next to me for a very long time. I knew something was wrong. She did not tell me what was wrong. I read her piece on Medium. Luckily she missed being hit by a speeding Lexus.
Anything can happen anytime to anyone, which is why I enjoy every minute I live. My tail is the proof!
Now that I have gotten my rabies shot, I can visit all my dear friends. My tail has finally thawed from the freezing north pole temperatures.
My dear buddies, enjoy your life to the fullest!
Woof woof!
Dear Friends — Please don’t mind my talkative puppy 🦮 this time around. My 🦮’s tails will be a bit more summery soon! Thank you!
